The TL class were originally in use in Hong Kong from the 1950's, being an export by Clyde. Four of the five of this class returned to Australia in late 2005 to prepare for work with CFCLA. Two are likely to see use by SCT in Adelaide. They are similar to the Victorian 'flat-top' T class.
